Whether you are feeling stuck, anxious, depressed, bereaved or unsure about your emotions, together we can unpack, at your own pace, what’s on your mind in a confidential, safe space. 

Therapy is a process (not a linear journey) with up and downs like life itself. As a Humanistic therapist, my role is not to analyse you, diagnose you or give you advice. But to provide you with a space where you can be truly heard, because your story matters.

I will hold hope – for both of us – that together we can find a way through, so you can feel closer to your authentic self, grow and develop ways to self-heal.

Practicalities

✧ Sessions take place on the same day, at the same time
✧ Sessions take place weekly unless agreed otherwise
✧ I offer short and long-term therapy – how many sessions you’d like to do will depend on your needs, everybody is different.
✧ Each session lasts for 50 minutes and starts on the hour
✧ I offer face-to-face counselling in Seaford, online (video-call) counselling and telephone counselling

Fees

✧ Fees per session: £60
Each session lasts 50 minutes and it is payable in advance or by the end of the session by bank transfer.

I also offer online video sessions through a secured, encrypted video conference platform.
If you prefer, we can also have our sessions over the phone.
